What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, EFS cards and checks, Comchek, T-Chek, and cash.

Can I pay your driver for services?

Accepted Answer

Our drivers do accept cash payments, but are unable to give change.
For faster and easier payment experience, our dispatch team can send you an invoice via text or e-mail with a virtual pay-link to process your credit card with no additional paperwork required.

Question 3

Do you partner with AAA or accept roadside insurance?

Accepted Answer

We do not partner with AAA or accept roadside insurance. However, you can pay for the bill upfront and submit your detailed invoice to your roadside insurance company for reimbursement, if your coverage allows.

Question 4

I can't find my receipt, am I able to get another copy?

Accepted Answer

Give our office a call and we will happily send you a new receipt by text or email. 
It will be much easier to locate your invoice if you are able to provide us with the following information: vehicle information such as the plate or VIN, location where it was picked up and/or dropped off, invoice number, or total cost.

Question 5

Can you tow my electric vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Of course! All of our operators are trained in the proper loading and unloading procedures, as well as appropriate tie-down points, in order to safely tow your electric vehicle.

Question 6

Other tow companies are unable to tow my car due to customizations, are you able to?

Very rarely are we unable to accommodate customized vehicles. Please call our office with detailed information about your vehicle and our dispatchers will gladly find a solution that is as custom as your special ride!
